Mrs. City Youth Councils Mikva Challenge

Youth Council Members, Mikva Challenge

Mikva Challenge is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works to develop the next generation of civic leaders, activists and policymakers. We do this by providing young people with opportunities to actively participate in the political process. In our policymaking wing, we have four city youth councils that research and advocate in the areas of health, safety, education and out-of-school time. The councils are comprised of diverse groups of students from throughout the city who are dedicated to improving the lives of Chicago youth.
